Safa Moreno profile page

Safa is an associate product manager of cell analysis at BioLegend, a part of Revvity, where she helps support and grow the flow cytometry portfolio. She works closely with teams across the company to bring innovative products to researchers and make sure they have the tools they need for their work in immunology and cell biology. Before BioLegend, she was a flow cytometry specialist at Fate Therapeutics, running high-dimensional spectral cytometry and supporting both R&D and GMP workflows. She handled instrument training, panel design, and sorting, and led a project focused on identifying non-NK hematopoietic cells in Fate’s iNK products. Earlier on, she worked at Eli Lilly Biotechnology doing tissue culture, molecular biology, and flow cytometry support, and also spent time as a teaching assistant at San Diego State University, where she completed her Master’s in Cellular and Molecular Biology with research focused on optimizing protein expression in methanotrophic bacteria.
